The selected candidate will participate in the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based solutions, working in complex, high-demand environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Development of applications on the Appian platform (interfaces, processes, rules, integrations) * Implementation and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM)-based solutions * Participation in technical analysis and solution design * Integration with external systems via APIs and web services * Resolution of incidents and continuous improvement of existing applications * Collaboration with functional, technical, and architecture teams * Application of Appian development best practices and standards **Who You Are** **Requirements** * \+3 years of experience working with Appian * Solid low\-code development experience on Appian (SAIL, process models, integrations) * Knowledge of BPM and process modeling * Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, databases, legacy systems) * Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the banking or financial sector (especially Payments) * Official Appian certifications * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience in high-criticality or large-volume projects **Being You** The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
