Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions, integrate models, and optimize performance, latency, and costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop scalable AI solutions 2. Integrate and operate AI models in the cloud 3. Optimize performance, latency, and costs of AI solutions We are looking for an **Artificial Intelligence Developer** to join a stable project with an **ASAP** start date. **Location:** Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón) **Work Mode:** Hybrid 50/50 (flexible) **Contract Type:** Permanent **Salary:** Flexible (based on experience) Technical Requirements* 3–6 years of experience developing AI solutions in production environments * Experience in: * Python programming * Developing and integrating services via REST APIs * Working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) * English level B2 or higher **Preferred Experience:* Generative AI (LLMs) applied to business processes * RAG architectures: design, embeddings, and vector databases * Development of intelligent agents and bots (LangChain / Semantic Kernel) * AWS environments (Bedrock, Lambda, serverless services) * Evaluation and monitoring of AI models (LLM testing, prompting, observability, cost optimization) * Machine Learning and MLOps in production Responsibilities* Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions * Implement APIs and microservices in Python to integrate AI models * Develop intelligent agents and RAG solutions * Integrate and operate LLMs on AWS (especially Bedrock and serverless) * Define and execute evaluation strategies, A/B testing, and monitoring * Optimize performance, latency, and costs * Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and AI governance If you are interested or would like more information, please feel free to contact us.
