We are seeking personnel to work with welding robots on an automotive production line. The main task is to continuously feed materials to the robots, preventing process stoppages. It is also necessary to remove the already welded parts and store them according to regulations, while keeping the workstation organized and clean. Another important task is monitoring the welding robot, verifying that parameters are correct and making minor adjustments when needed. Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure part quality and meet production targets. This position operates in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts, so schedule flexibility is highly valued. Continuous training is provided to learn how to operate modern equipment and advance professionally. This role is essential for ensuring plant efficiency and achieving the manufacturing team's goals. Minimum qualification: Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle in Machining, Welding, or a related field. Prior experience in welding and operating industrial robots is preferred. Knowledge of TPM (Metal Professional Card) and immediate availability to join are required. Ability to work in a team, adapt to rotating shifts, and maintain a consistent work pace. Basic skills in reading technical drawings and using hand tools.
