Job Summary: We are seeking a welder-fitter to assemble metal structures, interpret blueprints, align components, and perform basic welding, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Continuous training and professional development **Main Responsibilities** * Assembly and fitting of metal structures, boiler-making components, and industrial elements. * Interpretation of technical drawings and manufacturing schematics. * Adjustment, alignment, and verification of metal parts. * Basic welding as required for assembly (MIG/TIG/stick welding, desirable). * Use of hand tools and workshop machinery. * Compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a **welder-fitter** (minimum 6 months). * Knowledge of blueprint reading. * Training in boiler-making, metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, or related fields. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * Availability for travel (if applicable). * Valid driver’s license (desirable). **Preferred Qualifications** * Welding certifications. * Experience in industrial, petrochemical, or naval environments. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) courses for the metal sector (20 h / 60 h). **Offered** * Job stability and opportunities for continuity. * Competitive salary based on experience and collective agreement. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training and professional development.
