




At ROTOR, a leader in the cycling world for the drivetrain components we design and manufacture for competition bikes, we are looking for a passionate **Graphic Designer** who will be responsible for developing the visual identity of our brand and products. Reporting to the Marketing / e-Commerce Director, your mission will be to create visual experiences that inspire, connect, and captivate our fans while reflecting Rotor's strength and dynamism. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Product Design:** * Create realistic 3D visualizations that highlight the details and technical quality of our products. * Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into final results. * Design technical manuals, installation/assembly guides, infographics, and sketches for both users and partners. * Design creative and functional packaging that stands out in the market. * **Digital / Web Design:** * Contribute to the design and improvement of the frontend of our digital assets (website/app), ensuring an impeccable user experience. * Design digital content, creatives, etc. * Collaborate with developers and external vendors to meet Rotor's design standards. * **Visual Marketing and Communication:** * Create innovative visual content (image and video) for digital campaigns and eCommerce. * Ensure correct use of brand visual identity across all media. * Design email marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive conversions. * Participate in planning, designing, and publishing social media content to engage our community of users and followers. * **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar. * 3–5 years of proven experience as a graphic or product designer; experience in the sports industry, preferably cycling, will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in 3D rendering tools such as KeyShot. * Solid experience in web design and UX: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, eCommerce platforms like Magento or Shopify. * Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Strong conceptual thinking, spatial awareness, creativity, and attention to detail. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Good communication skills, both with internal teams and external providers. * Minimum English level B2. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in a digital sports/industrial environment. * Access to a vehicle for commuting to the workplace. * Residence in the Corredor del Henares area. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Stable incorporation into a dynamic, fast-growing company with professional development opportunities. * Active participation in shaping the visual identity of the brand and its products. * Work alongside enthusiastic cycling professionals. * Employee discounts on bicycles, components, and accessories. * Vacation: 22 days + December 24 and 31 off. * Hybrid work model: you can work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. * Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00–10:00 to 17:00–19:00 Friday: 08:00–09:00 to 14:00–15:00 * Competitive compensation based on profile. *Note: Recruitment and hiring processes at Grupo Rotor guarantee equal opportunities for all applicants regardless of race, ethnicity, ideology, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, functional diversity status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
