From this department, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and dynamic projects—exploring, developing, and implementing AI solutions for our clients. Technical Requirements Software Development Experience with microservice architectures and end-to-end software solution development. Backend development in Python, using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks. Design and integration of REST APIs and integration with external systems. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Knowledge of software engineering (ER diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams). Frontend development with React and JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js). Development of responsive interfaces (HTML / CSS). Experience with real-time client-server communication (WebSockets, SSE). Use of Git, CI/CD, Linux, and Docker / containers. Generative AI and Agentic Systems Experience developing LLM-based solutions, including at least substantial POCs. Prompt engineering. **Use of generative AI techniques and frameworks:** Embeddings RAG LangChain Instructor or other equivalents Design and implementation of agentic workflows and tool orchestration. Integration of AI solutions with corporate APIs, legacy systems, and core banking systems. Desirable Experience with vector databases. Development of voice and omnichannel conversational assistants (voice/text). Integration with STT/TTS technologies and NLU engines. Design of voice conversational flows (turn-taking, interruptions, errors, fallback to human agent). Integration with contact centers, telephony, CRM, and customer service systems. Sensitivity to conversational UX in a banking context. Knowledge of AI security, compliance, and governance (traceability, human oversight, observability). What Is It Like to Work at Deloitte?
