The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in each stage of product development process: * UX Research \& Design * Software development (CMS or custom made) * Web analytics * CRO You don’t need detailed knowledge in any area (we have specialists in each area), but enough knowledge to lead other people from these areas. You will work with cross\-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
