Our platform helps businesses digitalize contracts, secure payments, and deliver a smooth end\-to\-end experience for all parties involved. We work with European clients across various businesses like automotive, real estate, and marketplaces. Today, CashSentinel operates through four legal entities — Spain, Switzerland, France, and the UK — with a team of around 25 people based mainly in Barcelona and Lausanne. We are now looking for a Product Manager to help us scale our B2B product suite and shape the next generation of secure digital transaction workflows. **Your Mission** You will own the evolution of our B2B applications, turning business opportunities, user needs, and technical possibilities into clear, valuable product outcomes. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, customer needs, UX, technology, and operations. Your role will be to make sure we build the right things, in the right order, with clarity and impact. You will focus on products used by professionals such as automotive intermediaries, car dealers, real estate actors, marketplaces, and internal teams — helping them manage complex transactions with greater speed, trust, and compliance. CashSentinel’s current product positioning emphasizes simple, secure, compliant digital workflows for intermediation, contracting, and financial flow management. **What you will do** **Own and drive the roadmap** You will define, structure, and maintain the product roadmap for our B2B application suite, balancing strategic priorities, client needs, technical constraints, and business impact. **Turn problems into product solutions** You will gather input from clients, sales, operations, support, and internal stakeholders, then translate it into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. **Prioritize with impact** You will lead prioritization discussions and help the company make informed trade\-offs based on value, effort, risk, urgency, and long\-term product direction. **Work closely with engineering** You will collaborate with IT and development teams to turn business needs into actionable specifications, support delivery, clarify edge cases, and ensure that features are built with quality and purpose. **Improve the user experience** You will continuously refine our products based on user feedback, product data, operational insights, and modern UX/UI best practices. **Launch features properly** You will coordinate testing, documentation, internal communication, rollout plans, and feedback loops to ensure new features are successfully adopted. **Bring structure and clarity** You will maintain clear documentation of product decisions, workflows, features, and business rules, especially in complex transaction scenarios involving multiple stakeholders, payments, compliance, and escrow logic. **Contribute to product strategy** You will help shape the long\-term product vision for CashSentinel across our key verticals: automotive, real estate, and marketplaces. **What we are looking for** You may be a Product Manager with around 2 years of experience, or someone who has built, managed, or scaled a digital product hands\-on. **You should bring:** · Strong product thinking and the ability to turn complexity into simple, usable workflows · Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities · A structured, proactive, and solution\-oriented mindset · Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders · Good understanding of UX/UI patterns and modern product practices · Ability to write clear product specifications and document decisions · Comfort working with engineering, sales, operations, and client\-facing teams · Interest in AI and how it can be practically applied to improve digital products · Fluency in English · Ability to read and understand French Experience with any of the following would be a plus: · B2B platforms or SaaS products · Fintech, payments, escrow, compliance, or regulated environments · Marketplaces, automotive, or real estate transaction platforms · Agile or iterative development environments · Data\-informed product management · AI\-assisted workflows, automation, or operational tooling **What we offer** · Full\-time permanent contract · Competitive salary based on experience · Private health insurance · Employee tax rebate and benefits program · Offices in the heart of Barcelona, 5 minutes from Casa Batlló · Monday to Friday schedule · Partial remote work potentially possible after the probation period, based on agreement with the manager · International environment with teams in Spain, Switzerland, France, and the UK · Opportunity to shape products used in real\-world, high\-value transactions **Location** Barcelona, Spain **Start date** As soon as possible. **Why join CashSentinel?** Because we are solving a real problem: making complex, high\-value transactions safer, faster, and easier for professionals and their clients.
