**Job Description**

Hello Pomelo is growing! We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer eager to deepen their expertise in designing and redesigning e-commerce websites, on a VIE assignment based in Barcelona.
You’ll work within our **e-commerce Business Unit** and participate in all phases of our **client projects—from Discovery through Delivery—as well as in tender submissions**, closely collaborating with our Product, Tech, and Data teams.
Mentored by the Lead Designer and the BU Head, your key responsibilities will include:
**1/ UX/UI Design ✨**
* Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client requirements and propose a design approach tailored to each project
* Facilitate and lead Design Thinking workshops with clients
* Translate user and business insights into clear deliverables (workshop summaries, user flows, wireframes, etc.)
* Create high-fidelity desktop and mobile mockups in Figma, leveraging AI tools
* Build or evolve Design Systems and UI kits
* Support Product and Tech teams to ensure faithful implementation of designs
**2/ Project Management**
* Maintain regular communication with clients—from pre-sales through Discovery and Delivery
* Work collaboratively to ensure product and design coherence across the project
* Propose continuous improvements for ongoing projects
* Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients
* Manage time and priorities effectively
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients (e.g., prioritization, testing, evolution…)
**3/ Continuous Improvement and Tenders**
* Regularly contribute to tenders by providing design recommendations: workshops, rapid high-value prototypes, recommendation reports
* Actively foster internal design culture: trend monitoring, inspiration sharing, knowledge exchange

**Candidate Profile**

This role is ideal for you if:
* You master Figma and core design principles—and also possess genuine sensitivity to the unique challenges of e-commerce products
* You already have initial professional experience (in-house or freelance) and aren’t intimidated by direct client interaction
* You possess strong analytical thinking skills
* You’re curious about technical topics (AI, development, data…)
* You’re an excellent listener with strong client relationship skills
* You envision yourself thriving in a young, dynamic, and innovative organization
* You speak both French and English
