We are seeking a UX/UI Designer on a V.I.E. assignment to join our team in Barcelona. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Design team and participate in all phases of our client projects—from Discovery to Delivery—in **close collaboration with our Product teams** (PM, PO, Project Director) **and Tech teams** (Tech Lead, DevOps, Developers, Data specialists, etc.) ### **1\- UX/UI DESIGN ✨** * **Analyze client needs**, in collaboration with internal teams, and propose a design approach tailored to each project * **Propose and facilitate Design Thinking workshops** with our clients * **Translate insights and synthesize them** into clear deliverables (workshop reports, user flows, wireframes, etc.) * **Create high-fidelity desktop and mobile mockups in Figma** (proficiency in components, auto-layouts, prototyping, etc.) * Build or evolve Design Systems and UI kits * **Support Product and Tech teams** to ensure faithful implementation of mockups ### **2\- Project Management** * **Communicate regularly with clients**, from Discovery through to Design Delivery * **Work collaboratively in teams** to ensure product & design coherence across projects * Propose continuous improvements for ongoing projects * Build trusted relationships with our clients * **Manage your time and priorities effectively** * Occasionally contribute to tender submissions ### **3\- Continuous Improvement** * Actively contribute to our internal design culture: trend monitoring, inspiration sharing, knowledge exchange. * Hello Pomelo is a young, fast-growing company.
