We are looking for a Platform Architect for a banking project—to design and evolve the internal engineering platform as a product that empowers teams to deliver software and infrastructure in a coordinated, autonomous, secure, and efficient manner, within a hybrid environment spanning multicloud, on-premises, and mainframe strategies. **Requirements** What are we looking for? Proven experience in technical architecture roles, typically requiring at least 5 years in the candidate’s domain of specialization. * Demonstrated, in-depth experience in at least one corporate ecosystem environment: on-premises (VMware, on-premises Kubernetes) or cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), with understanding of hybrid models. * Experience designing and implementing self-service development platforms (Internal Developer Platforms). * Design of CI/CD pipelines integrating security and quality controls (SSDLC). * Infrastructure lifecycle automation via Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in hybrid environments. * Kubernetes and container ecosystem: deployment, lifecycle management, security, and networking. * Architecture design and documentation. * Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems. * Direct involvement in the build phase: making technical decisions in real-world contexts, resolving issues during implementation, and ensuring consistency between design and delivered outcomes. * Clear technical communication with all technology teams. * Understanding of the banking regulatory environment as applicable to the candidate’s domain. * Internal product orientation: treating the platform as a product serving real users. * Empathy toward development teams: designing to reduce friction and cognitive load throughout the delivery cycle. * Ability to create abstractions that hide complexity without sacrificing control. **Additional Information** What do we offer you? * Permanent contract and full-time schedule * 23 days of vacation * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
