As **Performance Marketing Specialist** you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Acquisition Marketing Manager in all performance marketing activities, from designing to executing the lead generation campaigns across digital channels. This is a hands\-on role with both strategic and operational components, and will require close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Support the execution of all lead acquisition/digital marketing campaigns, mainly across SEM (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta), and Display. * Assist in developing and delivering data\-driven acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. * Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs. * Support the development of engaging online content including organic social content. * Assist in managing and improving marketing data flows: lead tracking, reporting, audience lists. * Support with the production of progress reports and regular marketing performance reports. * Conducting online audience and market research to inform brand awareness, development, and positioning strategies. **Day to day** * Support campaign planning, implementation and daily optimisation (mainly on Google Ads and Meta Ads). * Monitor campaign budgets and reallocate spend in real\-time to maximise results. * Track daily performance vs. targets and proactively suggest improvements. * Liaise with media agencies and internal stakeholders (UX, Data, CRM, Brand). * Support in forecasting and scenario planning for lead acquisition. * Ensure proper tracking is in place (GTM, pixels, events). * Help manage a structured testing roadmap (A/B tests, audiences, creatives). * Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and share new opportunities proactively. **The ideal candidate has:** * 4\+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in lead generation or performance campaigns. * Must have: Hands\-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. * Good knowledge of performance metrics and optimisation strategies. * Data\-driven mindset, comfortable working with numbers and tools like Excel or Power BI. * Curious, detail\-oriented and proactive: you spot problems and propose solutions. * Experience working with agencies or cross\-functional teams. * Fluent in English (spoken and written). * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or similar field. **Why join us?** At **Sector Alarm**, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
