Drive the transition toward a SaaS sales model. Identify new market opportunities in SMB and Mid Market segments. **Team Leadership** Manage, develop, and motivate the commercial team (Sales & KAM). Define objectives, track KPIs, and support deal closures. Implement best commercial practices and a high-performance culture. **Consultative Selling and Closing** Actively participate in strategic opportunities and large accounts. Lead complex sales processes (consultative + SaaS). Negotiate and close key agreements. **Business Model Optimization** Balance recurring revenue (SaaS) and consulting sales (BAU). Analyze pipeline, forecast, and commercial results. Continuously improve processes, pricing, and value proposition. **Results and Performance** Accountability for the sales target (~€6M). Track key metrics: gross/net sales, EBITDA, ARR, productivity.
