Industry-leading companies such as Repsol, Cepsa, SEAT, Applus, Iberdrola, Danone, DHL Supply Chain, Logista Freight, ID Logistics, and Palibex already rely on the FIELDEAS platform to digitize their operations and achieve maximum efficiency across their field teams. ### **Job Description** If you are passionate about the web and motivated to create high-converting digital experiences, FIELDEAS is looking for a Web Master to join our Marketing Department and lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for the corporate website, product websites, and landing pages—ensuring optimal performance, strategic alignment, and a strong focus on conversion and lead generation. You will collaborate with the team to publish and optimize content, improve UX/CRO, and maintain technical aspects (technical SEO, accessibility, and security), as well as manage integrations and tools including WordPress, HubSpot, marketing automation, and analytics. ### **Responsibilities** **Corporate Web Ecosystem** * Development, maintenance, and evolution of corporate and product websites, as well as campaign-specific websites * Management of CMS platforms (WordPress or others) * Coordination and publication of web content in collaboration with the marketing team * Proposing continuous improvements to websites and digital processes **Digital Marketing and Conversion** * Optimization of user experience (UX) and conversion rate (CRO), in coordination with and under the guidance of the Marketing team * Web support for digital marketing campaigns (email, SEM, etc.), working cross-functionally with the team **Technical and Analytics Area** * Technical maintenance: performance, technical SEO, accessibility, and basic security * Tool integration: HubSpot, plugins, forms, marketing automation, and analytics * Analysis of metrics—including traffic, leads, conversions, and user behavior—with periodic reporting to the marketing department ### **Requirements:** **Mandatory** * Experience in website development, maintenance, and publishing * Knowledge of responsive web development * Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress) at installation, configuration, update, and maintenance levels * Knowledge of technical SEO * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with marketing professionals **Desirable** * Knowledge of digital marketing and conversion-oriented landing pages * Experience in SaaS/B2B environments * Knowledge of CRO * Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) * Understanding of UX/UI principles applicable to web development ### **What We Offer** * Hybrid work model and flexible working hours * A collaborative and creative work environment where you’ll work alongside other developers and learn from industry leaders * Professional growth and development through training programs and a dedicated budget for attending conferences and industry events * Social benefits and work-life balance initiatives * The opportunity to be part of a unique project where technology is considered strategic—and to join a highly skilled team offering outstanding prospects for professional growth and development All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality; only pre-selected candidates will be contacted.
