For our service center in Perillo , we are looking to hire a Workshop Technician. This role is designed for individuals with manual dexterity, customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work. Prior experience in the automotive glass sector is not required: if you meet the job requirements and bring the right attitude, motivation, aptitude for hands-on work, and willingness to grow, specific prior experience will not be a barrier. During your onboarding, you will receive comprehensive training at one of our training centers, where you will learn the procedures, tools, and knowledge necessary to perform the role safely, with quality and confidence. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? You will join the workshop team and participate in the repair, replacement, and recalibration of vehicle glass, following Carglass®’s established technical, quality, and safety procedures. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Performing automotive glass repairs and replacements. Using technical tools and equipment according to defined procedures. Ensuring service quality, safety, and workshop order. Interacting with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. Explaining the work performed and addressing basic questions related to the service. Identifying customers’ additional needs and recommending solutions honestly and naturally. Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure smooth center operations and an excellent customer experience. What do we value?
