Job Summary: We are seeking a full-stack web developer to join FidiasPro and evolve toward an AI-centric, automation-driven, and modern web solutions model—developing projects from start to finish. We seek to bring on board a professional experienced in **full-stack web development**, with a practical mindset, the ability to build real-world projects from start to finish, and enthusiasm to join a company aiming to become a reference in **web + AI + automation**. We are not looking for someone focused solely on traditional web design. We want someone capable of **developing, integrating, automating, and contributing product vision**. **What will be your mission?** You will be a key member of the technical team, developing modern web projects, improving internal processes, and integrating AI tools into real-world solutions—for both clients and the company’s own products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, and landing pages. * Full-stack development of custom solutions. * Integration of APIs and third-party services. * Implementation of AI-based features in websites, software, and automations. * Participation in the development of the company’s internal products. * Optimization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing projects. * Technical scoping of new business-oriented solutions. * Collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams to launch useful, fast, and well-executed projects. **Requirements:** * Experience with **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**, and **WordPress**. * Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar). * Basic knowledge of **PHP** and **MySQL**. * Experience with **WooCommerce** and SEO optimization is a plus. * Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. * Demonstrable portfolio or prior work samples. * Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and results orientation. **Highly Valued:** * Experience integrating AI tools or APIs. * Knowledge of process automation using tools such as **n8n**, Make, or similar. * Experience with deployments, servers, and cloud environments. * UX/UI knowledge applied to digital products. **We Offer:** * Join a forward-looking, growing company. * Participation in real, innovative projects. * Opportunity to work on AI-powered web solutions and products. * A positive work environment and close-knit team. * Full-time, on-site contract at our Almoradí offices. * Salary: **€1,300 – €1,800 / month** + performance bonus and commission plan. * Intensive working hours during summer and on Fridays. * A creative, collaborative environment with high-impact projects. **Application:** Please send your CV and portfolio.
