Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for our Food & Beverage Department. The main mission of this role is to support the front-of-house team in customer service and in ensuring smooth service operations, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Assist waiters/waitresses in bar service. * Prepare, set up, and clear tables and service areas. * Restock supplies, beverages, and necessary products during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Attend to customers following the bar manager’s instructions. * Assist in room and event setup and breakdown. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of front-of-house service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Intermediate level of English. * Flexible working hours. **We offer:** * Employment with a stable and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
