Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to establish interaction standards and architecture for digital projects, with a holistic vision to create efficient solutions. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end integrated product design. 2. Integration of accessibility, usability, analytics, and SEO. 3. Definition of frontend development standards. We seek someone capable of establishing standards, design systems, and interaction architecture for digital projects in Madrid. A comprehensive vision is essential to create efficient digital solutions—both structurally and functionally. Particular emphasis will be placed on proficiency in end-to-end product design, from navigation to the creation of reusable patterns and components. It will also be highly important to incorporate key elements such as accessibility, ease of use, and web analytics, as well as improving online visibility. Defining frontend development architecture and standards will be one of the primary responsibilities. We seek a candidate with strong academic training and proven experience in this field. Experience in defining and implementing design systems, enhancing user experience, and collaborating with development teams will be valued. The ability to propose and deliver innovative and effective solutions will be considered a plus. Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of experience. Global perspective to define digital solutions both structurally and functionally. Capabilities in end-to-end product design, interaction/navigation architecture design, definition of reusable patterns and component systems. Ability to integrate accessibility, usability, analytics, and SEO, as well as define frontend development architecture and standards.
