You will act as the key training reference (“training mentor”) in coordination with supervisors and production departments, promoting safety, quality, and GMP compliance in daily operations. This is a dual-role position involving both production floor and office environments—critical for aligning operational reality with established training plans. **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Serving as the first training contact point for newly hired personnel. * Ensuring correct execution of the onboarding and initial training plan (theoretical and hands-on training on the production floor). * Maintaining up-to-date training profiles and training traceability for personnel. * Monitoring the progress of new hires during their first weeks. * Participating with the manager in the initial performance evaluation. * Promoting personnel versatility through structured training initiatives. * Acting as the plant safety sponsor, advocating for EHS and GMP compliance. * Managing the distribution and proper use of PPE. * Participating in incident investigation and follow-up, including corrective actions. * Conducting safety rounds on the production floor, identifying risks and proposing improvements. * Contributing to establishing a preventive and continuously improving culture. **Who You Are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out the responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or abilities required.
