We are looking for a technical coordinator for Home Care Services in Girona \- Conduct group and individual coordination sessions with direct care staff \- Coordinate with social workers and directors of Social Services centers \- Carry out home visits to introduce new services and/or new family workers \- Interact with the user's family and their social environment \- Hold meetings with company management \- Fill out and review service agreements, protocol compliance, and benefits for each service user \- Identify, manage, and report service incidents, emergency situations, and/or social needs to management \- Carry out technical procedures implemented by the company \- Other duties as assigned by management * Experience: 1 year. Experience in a similar position is valued * Social Work qualification * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time intensive schedule * Additional relevant information: 24\.084 € gross/year Intensive schedule 37.5h/week distributed as follows: \- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: from 8:00h to 15:30h \- Tuesday and Thursday: from 10:30h to 18:00h
