Management of documentation associated with claims **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Technical Architects to provide technical support in the areas of production and maintenance construction projects for the Social Housing Agency. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Technical assistance to the maintenance department: incident management and resolution, property inspections, issuance of reports, budget preparation, preparation of itemized work lists, and management of documentation associated with claims. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship certificates verifying and certifying the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture, or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Fundamentals (MECES Level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum six months of professional and/or academic experience in building renovation or rehabilitation projects ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license * Basic or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Basic or advanced proficiency in Word (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Basic or advanced proficiency in Excel (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Willingness to travel within the Community of Madrid (up to 75% of working time) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Issued at least five technical reports concerning building conservation status or expert opinions (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Availability to start immediately upon notification or conclusion of the selection process * Minimum six months of professional and/or academic experience working for Public Administration * Minimum two years of professional and/or academic experience in building renovation or rehabilitation projects **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 9 months. + Working hours: 7.30 hours per day throughout the year.
