Developing schedules, assigning tasks and resources efficiently. Appropriate planning to ensure optimal team performance. Setting clear and achievable goals for the team, aligned with company objectives. Maintaining open and clear communication lines with the team and conveying necessary information at the right time. Making decisions aligned with organizational objectives. Team development: Identifying team members' training and development needs. Providing opportunities to enhance collaborators' skills, contributing to their professional growth and the team's success.
