Together with the visual merchandising team, you ensure C\&A is a place where people feel inspired by our fashion and can easily find what they are looking for: * You help create an attractive and inspiring store image for our customers. Through the visual updates you implement in-store, you encourage people to stop and shop at C\&A. Additionally, you will train and advise your sales colleagues on applying store image guidelines. * You style the store image inspiringly by implementing products in-store, changing mannequins, and introducing new clothing lines. * Analyze sales figures from the merchandise management system and use this data to configure store layout and presentation. * Translate centrally developed sales strategies and concepts into in-store presentation. * Increase sales by presenting merchandise in logical locations. * In-store, you proactively greet our customers and respond to their questions. * You assist and advise customers—for example, on jeans fit, styling tips, and size options. * Using our service tools (e.g., QR codes), you help our customers find what they’re looking for—both online and in-store. **What We Expect From You** ----------------------- Above all, you enjoy interacting with our customers. You are passionate about fashion and stay up-to-date with the latest trends. Additionally, you have: * Professional training in visual merchandising and retail. * Experience in visual merchandising or a similar creative profession. * Experience in-store and in customer service.
