Perhaps you don’t know it yet—you already have a Store Manager within you. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * You will analyze your store’s data to anticipate needs and optimize business performance. * You will manage and motivate your team to ensure smooth store operations. * You will identify your team’s potential and foster their professional development. * You will act as an ambassador for Lidl’s strategy and values, keeping the customer at the center of everything. * You will ensure proper management and implementation of all store processes. * You will be part of the dynamic energy of our stores, collaborating with the \#teamlidl across all processes—including operational tasks when required. **Are you the person we’re looking for?** ------------------------------------- * You hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification or equivalent. * You have over one year of experience managing teams. * You are available to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Customer orientation, flexibility, organization, and teamwork are part of your DNA. **What do we offer you?** ---------------------- * An indefinite full-time contract. * A weekly schedule of 5 days, with continuous working hours and 6 free weekends per year. * We offer a paid training program of 42 weeks to help you successfully overcome every challenge.
