To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** ---------------------------- * Lead the store team: recruit, hire, train, and develop staff under the supervision and collaboration of your manager. * Manage the store, ensuring compliance with company-defined standards and in-store procedures. * Ensure product availability in-store and accurate shrinkage accounting. * Guarantee optimized store operations. * Prepare and conduct cost meetings together with your manager. * Annually and monthly plan store sales and productivity. **Are you the person we are looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) or equivalent. * Over one year’s prior experience in team management. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * People- and colleague-oriented mindset, flexibility, and teamwork skills. * Strong organizational, planning, and leadership abilities. **What do we offer you?** ---------------------- * A full-time employment contract. * We provide a six-month, role-specific theoretical and practical training program to equip you to successfully meet every challenge.
