As Store Manager, you will be the heart of the store: managing the team, training Beauty Advisors, scheduling shifts, and ensuring every customer enjoys a unique experience—discovering their perfect skincare routine. Will you join the MiiN adventure? **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Coordinate the store team, including training and development of Beauty Advisors. * Supervise stock control and ensure proper inventory management. * Coordinate in-store product presentation and positioning. * Handle administrative tasks, including cash receipts, cash register closures, and document submission to headquarters. * Ensure proper store maintenance and promotional display execution. * Guarantee personalized, unique service for every customer. * Collaborate with your Area Manager and coordinate initiatives with other Store Managers in the region. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** If you identify with the following, we want to meet you! * Experience in sales and customer service. * Leadership skills and experience managing teams. * Proactivity and motivation to embrace a new challenge. * Passion for cosmetics and skincare. * Languages: Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
