To succeed, your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing your team by planning and organizing all store personnel, supported operationally by the Assistant Store Manager. Participating in proposals to improve in-store product assortment and placing orders accordingly. Establishing efficient processes (e.g., optimal merchandise placement, cash register control, in-store production…). Collaborating closely with your Regional Manager when making decisions affecting both store sales and your team. Serving as a role model, continuously learning yourself, training your team, and involving them in the company’s objectives. During peak business periods, working alongside your team on tasks such as restocking, cashier duties, baking, etc. Requirements * Completed vocational training (FP) or high school diploma / associate degree. Commercial management studies are highly valued. * A valid driver’s license and geographical mobility are considered advantageous. * Prior experience managing sales teams is a plus. * Customer- and detail-oriented mindset. * Leadership capability. * High degree of autonomy and accountability.
