Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Packager and Consultant to lead end-to-end application packaging management—from analysis through to support—in a digital transformation environment. Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** Experience as a **Software Packager and Consultant** in corporate environments, managing application packaging services from start to finish: * In-depth knowledge of **scripting** (PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT – PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit). * Experience using **software packaging tools**, especially **Flexera AdminStudio**. * Experience in **software distribution and deployment** via **Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune**. * Experience in **creating and maintaining complex packages** (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.). * Experience integrating packaging processes into corporate workflows and service management tools. * Knowledge of **networks, databases** (SQL, MongoDB, etc.), and **API development and management**. * Solid experience working under **Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies**. * Ability to manage multiple packaging requests simultaneously while maintaining quality, traceability, and SLA compliance. * Teamwork and effective communication skills with technical and business teams, with clear focus on internal customers. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **End-to-end packaging management:** Receiving, analyzing, and executing software packaging requests—including logging, creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-deployment support. * **Package creation and maintenance:** Developing and customizing complex packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin), ensuring compatibility with corporate standards. * **Automation:** Implementing automation in packaging and deployment processes using **PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT**. * **Software distribution:** Managing deployment across corporate devices using **MS SCCM** and **Intune**. * **Coordination with technical and business teams:** Ongoing communication to analyze requirements, define solutions, and prioritize tasks. * **Tier-3 support:** Resolving incidents, documenting procedures, and contributing to continuous service improvement. * **Tracking and reporting:** Monitoring SLAs and generating reports on request and incident status. * **Participation in cross-functional projects:** Collaborating on multifunctional initiatives and ad-hoc tasks related to Application Delivery. We’d love it if you’re also proficient in **English**. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Advanced experience in **application packaging within complex enterprise environments**. * Experience in **end-to-end packaging request management** and simultaneous coordination of multiple demands. * Advanced knowledge of **IT process automation** tailored to workplace environments. * Prior experience integrating packaging processes with service management tools and corporate workflows. * Additional knowledge of **infrastructure, networks, and systems** in enterprise environments. * Experience in international settings and collaborative work across multiple teams.
