We are seeking a professional to manage public and private agreements that facilitate access to rental housing alternatives. Tasks include promoting the project, identifying candidate individuals, and conducting intake interviews for participants. A psychosocial profile will be developed for each person, and training sessions on cohabitation group methodology and housing options will be delivered in collaboration with the psychological support team. Individual-level social intervention will also be carried out when necessary, assisting with applications for social benefits. Continuous follow-up will be conducted, and coordination with social services will be ensured to process support resources such as home care assistance or housing adaptations. Additionally, support will be provided in vocational workshops and during potential breakdowns of cohabitation units. The selected candidate will collaborate in identifying community resources that promote participants' social, cultural, or occupational participation. They will maintain constant communication with the project team and the responsible officer to facilitate planning and evaluation. They will also be responsible for collecting data and archiving sensitive documentation related to project implementation. The contract is temporary, full-time, with an annual salary between 24\.001 and 30\.000 euros.
