We are looking to hire a **Social Educator** for **Casa da Quintán**, a residential and therapeutic center for child protection in Ponte Caldelas. What will be your responsibilities? * Design, implement, and evaluate socio-educational interventions with minors and adolescents. * Participate in developing and monitoring each minor’s individual intervention plan. * Support minors in their daily lives, promoting their personal, social, and emotional development. * Organize and conduct educational, training, leisure, and community integration activities. * Collaborate closely with the technical team and families, as appropriate. * Prepare reports, records, and documentation related to educational interventions. * Supervise and coordinate the support educational staff’s interventions, when applicable. * Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for minors. * Actively participate in developing the center’s educational project and in continuously improving care quality.
