Job Summary: IDEXX seeks a warehouse professional to move, store, and transport materials; ensure inventory accuracy; and maintain precise storage locations. Key Highlights: 1. Preferred Candidate Identified In this role * Will move, store, and transport materials and equipment to appropriate locations. * Will be responsible for warehouse inventory accuracy through preparation of accurate reports and data entry. * Will issue, return, transfer, and allocate inventory to work orders. * Will maintain accuracy of storage locations for all equipment and materials using appropriate information procedures. * May serve as a point of contact to oversee work order processing and accuracy, while ensuring compliance with all established operational procedures and regulatory requirements. * May guide, train, and onboard new and temporary employees on appropriate warehouse operations and systems. * Will be responsible for understanding, familiarity with, and competence in IDEXX products and Lines of Business (LOB) to ensure accuracy in moving and storing equipment, raw materials, and inventory. What You’ll Need to Succeed: * Will be accustomed to working with limited or no supervision and is expected to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Will have experience across multiple areas, including inbound/outbound, export, replenishment, and inventory control. * Must be certified to operate forklifts and handle hazardous materials, if required. * Must be highly detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. * Will maintain a positive attitude.
