Compensation commensurate with experience. ### **Description** A company with extensive experience in the training sector requires a Senior Technician to strengthen its team at the Ferrol office. We seek a candidate with solid experience in designing, managing, and coordinating training projects, as well as in career guidance and labor market integration, capable of advising companies and leading corporate-level training initiatives. Main Responsibilities: Designing, updating, and editing face-to-face, virtual, and blended training programs. Planning, organizing, and coordinating in-company training activities. Managing enrollments, scheduling, and monitoring training activities. Career guidance and labor market integration within employability-focused programs. Coordinating with other department members to ensure proper project execution. Preparing and updating training documentation and content. Supporting the management of subsidized training (FUNDAE), communications, and group closures. Updating content on the corporate website. Managing and monitoring training projects with a results-oriented approach. Requirements: University degree (Bachelor’s or Licentiate), preferably in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. Professional experience exceeding 5 years in designing, defining, and organizing training activities. Minimum 3 years’ experience in career guidance and labor market integration within employability programs (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (mandatory). Experience managing FUNDAE is desirable. Familiarity with content design and editing tools is desirable. Knowledge of new technologies, digital marketing, and social media will be valued.
