




The Portbou Town Council is seeking a Technician in Advertising and Public Relations. This position is linked to the Call for the Hiring of Young People for Practical Training. Eligibility requirements for young applicants are: \- Aged between 16 and 29 years. \- Registered as a beneficiary of the Youth Guarantee Scheme. \- Registered at the Employment Office as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO). \- Holding a university degree, a medium- or higher-level vocational qualification, a specialist diploma, a professional master’s degree, or a certification from the Vocational Training System; or an equivalent qualification from artistic or sports education within the education system—provided such qualifications qualify or enable the candidate to perform the relevant professional activity—and meeting all requirements stipulated for the training employment contract aimed at acquiring professional practice. The qualification must have been obtained within the last three years, or within the last five years if the applicant has a disability of over 33%. Job responsibilities include updating and maintaining the Mayor’s agenda, as well as coordinating events and meetings with institutions and organizations. The role also entails drafting minutes and summaries of meetings, writing letters, emails, and official documents. The post involves supporting the creation of content for social media and the municipal website, as well as monitoring agreements and projects with other public administrations. Finally, logistical and organizational assistance will be provided for institutional events. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: A university degree in Translation and Interpreting, Communication, Journalism, Political Science, Law, International Relations, or Sociology is mandatory.
