**SENIOR LABOR INSERTION TECHNICIAN** **EINA ACTIVA \- LLEIDA** We are looking for a **Senior Labor Insertion Technician** to join our team and contribute to the development of sociolaboral insertion pathways for individuals in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion. Your mission will be to **support individuals throughout their personal and professional growth process**, enhancing their competencies, facilitating their entry into and retention within the labor market, and preparing them for their future transition into the standard labor market. This is an **accompaniment and management position**, where you will play a key role both in monitoring insertion pathways and in coordinating with the team, referring agencies, and various departments of the organization. **What are we looking for?** We seek a person with a **social vocation, strong capacity for individual accompaniment and guidance**, who combines autonomy and initiative with excellent teamwork skills. **Some of your challenges will include:** * Accompanying and guiding workers throughout their sociolaboral insertion pathway. * Conducting selection interviews, intake interviews, and individualized tutoring sessions, identifying each person's needs and goals. * Designing and monitoring personalized insertion pathways, working on personal, social, and professional competencies. * Monitoring workers’ labor and social progress, and intervening when difficulties, absences, or other circumstances arise that may affect their process. * Preparing workers for their transition into the standard labor market by providing labor-related information and opportunities, and strengthening their autonomy. * Organizing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, assemblies, and other group activities aimed at improving employability. * Preparing annual or bimonthly technical evaluation reports for workers. * Jointly evaluating professional development and competencies with the production accompaniment team. * Coordinating with Management, Administration, professional teams, referring agencies, and other departments to ensure smooth service operation. * Participating in the management and monitoring of grants, tenders, and insertion projects, preparing reports, records, and technical documentation. * Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and contributing to continuous service improvement. **What requirements must you meet?** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Social Integration, Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, or equivalent university degree. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to travel as required to perform job duties. * Proficiency in Catalan and/or Spanish. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and email. **What do we offer?** * **A stable full-time position (100% workload)** * **Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00–15:00; Friday, 7:00–14:00\. Subject to operational needs** * **Salary: €28,453.24 gross per year** * **Start date: Immediate incorporation
