We are seeking a **Senior Java / Tech Lead** to join a **stable, long-term project**, within a mature technological environment focused on quality and best practices. **What will be your role?** * Hands\-on development with Java in production environments * Technical leadership of the team: support, mentoring, and technical decision-making * Code review and quality assurance * Collaboration in the evolution and maintenance of legacy applications **️ Key Technologies** * Java (especially **Java 8**) * Spring, Hibernate * WebSphere * DB2 * Maven, JUnit, SonarQube (or other quality tools) **Profile We Are Looking For** * Senior-level Java development experience * Prior experience as a **Tech Lead** or technical reference * Experience working in production environments and long-term projects * Ability to combine hands-on development with technical leadership * Sufficient English proficiency for a technical environment (not necessarily advanced) **What Do We Offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Remote work model** .
