We aim to elevate that digital layer to the next level: * Develop and evolve our **mobile applications and user interfaces** for industrial equipment * Design and implement an **API architecture** enabling our customers to integrate our equipment into their systems (ERP, MES, WMS…) * Build a **software-as-a-service model**: customizations, deployments on customer-owned or our own servers, configurable business logic * Participate in developing the **group’s websites** — corporate website, e-commerce platform, and brand-specific websites — collaborating with the current team to accelerate delivery pace * Contribute to the **automation and customization of Odoo** to improve internal processes You will have real autonomy, direct access to management, and the ability to influence product and architecture decisions from day one. **Requirements** -------------- Mandatory * Solid experience in **mobile application development** (Android preferred) and client\-server architectures * Design and implementation of **REST APIs**: authentication, versioning, documentation * Experience with **backends** (Node.js, Python or similar) and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) * Ability to think in terms of product and **business model**, not just code * Genuine **AI\-first mindset**: using LLMs, Copilot, agents, or equivalent tools as a natural part of the workflow.
