The position focuses on the comprehensive management of multi-risk insurance claims within the insurance sector. Key responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and assessing all documentation submitted by clients and intermediaries, aiming to ensure efficient and regulation-compliant claim processing. An exhaustive evaluation of applicable coverage for each case will be conducted, determining scope and liabilities according to the subscribed policies. Analyzing expert reports and repair estimates submitted by external repairers or experts constitutes a fundamental part of the process, enabling technically and economically sound decision-making. Quality assurance is required at every stage of claim handling, maintaining smooth and proactive communication with all involved parties to facilitate claim resolution. Customer orientation and achieving satisfactory outcomes are core pillars of this role, requiring coordinated teamwork to optimize procedures and meet established deadlines. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret contractual clauses, contributing both to policyholder satisfaction and the technical sustainability of the portfolio. Initial hiring will be through a fixed-term contract of three months, with a commitment to transition to an indefinite-term employment contract thereafter. The gross annual remuneration ranges between 22\.000 and 24\.000 euros, depending on the candidate's profile and experience. A meal allowance of 13 euros per working day is included. Working hours are split: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–15:00. During the summer period (June 15 to September 15), an intensive schedule applies: 8:00–15:00. Once integrated into the permanent staff, the possibility of working remotely two days per week is offered. A minimum of two years’ demonstrable experience in the insurance sector is required, specifically in multi-risk claim handling and management. Practical knowledge of claims processes and spoken Catalan proficiency—essential for effective communication with local clients and suppliers—are mandatory. No specific academic qualification is required, although practical experience and competencies acquired in similar roles will be valued.
