If you want to join a "Great Place to Work" team, keep reading! **Job Description** We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help lead, define, and ensure — together with the AI Architect — the correct implementation of architecture and infrastructure on Azure. The role involves configuring and optimizing services such as Azure AI, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, and Key Vault, as well as overseeing the development and industrialization of AI agents and RAG pipelines. Additionally, the role plays a key part in quality assurance, security, regulatory compliance, and adoption of Responsible AI best practices, coordinating testing and deployments (CI/CD, blue/green, canary), and acting as the liaison between technical and business stakeholders. **Requirements** Advanced Python and experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs. Experience with Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Key Vault). Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with GitLab/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and version control. Design and deployment of scalable architectures for agents and RAG. Strong knowledge of cloud security, RBAC, secret management, and compliance with GDPR/EU AI Act. GitLab/Bitbucket, Docker, CI/CD (tests, linting, canary/blue-green); MLflow. Observability (OpenTelemetry / App Insights) and LLM evaluation (groundedness, toxicity, cost, latency).
