Moreover: * You will manage the creation and updating of job descriptions jointly with the internal client. * You will understand the internal client’s reality and needs to deliver the best possible service. * You will analyze the competition, labor market, employment situation, and selection trends to identify opportunities and make our offers more attractive. * You will gain in-depth knowledge of the Bon Preu project to effectively communicate it to candidates. * You will analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. * You will understand turnover reasons to identify improvement opportunities. * You will anticipate hiring needs to deliver proactive service. * You will provide a positive service experience to the internal client—keeping them informed about process status and delivering valuable data and insights. * You will manage job posting publication, selecting the most appropriate channels for each need, analyzing their results, and exploring alternatives to attract suitable talent. * You will propose solutions and alternatives to incorporate required talent. * You will follow up on new hires to ensure smooth integration. * You will conduct CV screening and schedule recruitment processes to guarantee agile communication with candidates. * You will contact candidates, analyze their profiles, and assess fit for the position through individual interviews, group dynamics, and other selection tools. * You will prepare candidate reports and evaluations. * You will build trust-based relationships with the internal client to add value and become a strategic partner. * You will participate in job fairs, career days, and other talent acquisition events. * You will deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process. * You will drive employer branding actions and actively participate in initiatives reinforcing our employer brand. * You will manage relationships and coordination with temporary work agencies (ETTs). **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** * It would be ideal to hold a degree in **psychology**, labor relations, or a related field—as well as prior **experience** in recruitment. * **If you are passionate about talent and people**: connecting with candidates, conveying the essence of Bon Preu, and creating a unique experience for every individual. * **If you possess flexibility and problem-solving skills**: adapting to a dynamic environment where priorities may shift—and responding creatively and effectively. * **Strong communication skills**: communicating clearly and enthusiastically—both with candidates and internal teams—to strengthen ties with the company. * **Proactivity and organizational ability**: managing multiple processes simultaneously while consistently maintaining excellence and planning rigor. * **A positive attitude**: contributing to a close-knit, motivating work environment—and serving as a trusted reference within the team.
