We are seeking candidates with demonstrable experience in **customer service**, with **availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts** from November 17th until the second week of January. We offer **temporary contracts to support the Black Friday and Christmas campaigns**. The position is located at our sales point: * Bilbao Store (Calle Marques del Puerto, 10\) \| **20-hour weekly schedule** **What will help you succeed with us? Key skills and experiences:** We want you to be the visible face of blue banana, representing our image and values while handling sales and providing exceptional service to our customers, becoming their greatest ally: * Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sales Assistant will be valued positively. * Accompany customers throughout the sales process, conveying our values throughout their shopping experience. * Maintain the store's appearance aligned with bb brand values. * Provide operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks. * Strong communication skills. * Proficiency in a second language will be valued positively. * Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Enjoy selling, promoting cross-selling, and offering alternatives.
