We operate with a close, professional, and human-centered approach, where every person matters: users, professionals, and families. **What will be your mission?** Design, implement, and promote physical and psychological care processes and procedures for users, supporting centers or services with optimal information and training to ensure high-quality assistance, while complying with applicable regulations. **What will you contribute as Technical Assistance Department Head (DTA)?** * Design, implement, and continuously monitor procedures, protocols, and action plans aligned with the company’s Care Model, ensuring quality, development, and innovation in meeting users’ needs. * Design and plan technical-operational training to foster knowledge and application of corporate care processes across all organizational areas. * Manage the adaptation of the operational tool GCR (Residential Center Management) to established care processes and procedures. Includes analysis of parameters and information for application to action plans.
