At **Grupo NS**, we are seeking a **Functional Lead with experience in Public Administration projects**, to join a strategic project for building and evolving the Department of Culture’s Information Management System (TRAMOIA), developed on **Low Code technology (OutSystems)**.
We seek a candidate capable of **leading functional communication with the client**, **coordinating initiatives**, and **ensuring proper definition and validation** of business requirements.
***What will your responsibilities be?***
* Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements together with user departments.
* Develop and validate functional designs.
* Coordinate initiative tracking with technical teams.
* Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Monitor development progress and ensure delivery quality.
* Prepare and present progress and status reports for initiatives.
* Manage client communication and coordinate follow-up meetings.
* Ensure achievement of functional and business objectives of the project.

**Requirements:**

**Mandatory requirements**
* Minimum of **2 years’ experience as an Analyst or Functional Lead**.
* Experience in **web application projects**.
* Experience in:
* + Requirements elicitation and management.
+ Functional documentation development.
+ User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
+ Coordination with technical teams.
+ Progress presentation and client follow-up.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* **Fluent spoken and written Catalan required** (advanced or native level).
* Availability to attend **in-person meetings in Barcelona** when necessary.
* Proficient use of office productivity tools.
**Preferred qualifications**
* Prior experience in projects for the Generalitat de Catalunya (CTTI).
* Knowledge of or participation in projects developed with **OutSystems or other Low Code platforms**.
* Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) projects.
* Experience coordinating teams.
* Understanding of how Public Administration operates.
