We aim to make a positive impact on the world and will support our suppliers and customers to do the same. **Musgrave Spain is seeking a Center Manager for one of our Dialprix supermarkets located in Castellón.** **Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities would include:** * Implementing and developing the commercial strategy for the store in line with internal procedures. * Coordinating internal resources. * Ensuring appropriate staffing levels to continuously improve store productivity. * Fostering a motivated team environment by supporting employee development within the company—through training high-potential individuals and conducting performance evaluations of team members. * Understanding and ensuring implementation of layout standards, adapting them locally in collaboration with the Layout Manager, overseeing store presentation prior to opening, freshness quality standards, and product range implementation. * Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations, effectively addressing any incidents that may arise. * Confirming that all team members are aware of, receive, and sign off on general company policies and Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL) documentation—and ensuring ongoing compliance and monitoring. * Reviewing the previous day’s cash reconciliations, authorizing customer returns, placing orders, and reviewing automated orders according to seasonality. **WHY MUSGRAVE?** At Musgrave, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most talented professionals while contributing to a business with a rich heritage and a bright future.
