A company specialized in the design and construction of residential projects located in the Hostalric area is seeking to hire a shift manager. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Organization and management of productive resources and team. \* Ensure proper distribution of workloads. Ensure the quality of production processes at each stage. Certify compliance with delivery commitments agreed with clients. Daily reports and meetings with company management. And other tasks inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, with breaks established by law. * Previous experience performing the described tasks. * We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Completed ESO or equivalent.
