At present, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking a **Warehouse Manager** for our client to join on a stable basis a growing company in the gaming and leisure sector located in **San Javier (Murcia)**, with national presence and a team committed to quality and innovation. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, organize, and supervise **logistics operations:** warehousing, transportation, distribution, and procurement. * Coordinate and lead the **logistics team**, assigning tasks, monitoring results, and fostering collaboration with other departments. * Monitor **stock levels**, ensure **material traceability**, and optimize inventory management. * Manage the supply and repair of amusement machines, as well as spare parts and technical components. * **Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers**, workshops, and transport companies. * Implement improvements in logistics processes to optimize costs, timelines, and service quality. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators (**KPIs**) for senior management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education in **Logistics, Administration, Technical Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years’ experience in warehouse management**, preferably in sectors involving technical equipment (gaming, vending, hospitality, electronics, or similar). * Knowledge of **warehouse management, inventory control, and technical maintenance processes**. * Proficiency in **office software, ERP systems, and Business Central**. * Ability to **lead teams**, plan tasks, and effectively resolve incidents. * **Valid Class B driver’s license**, with availability for occasional travel. **What does the company offer?** * **Stable employment** with an established and growing company in the leisure and entertainment sector. * **Permanent contract** with an **initial annual gross salary between €26,000 and €30,000**, depending on experience. * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Intensive schedule during summer months. * **Real opportunities for professional development** and participation in cross-functional projects within the organization. * **Positive work environment**, committed team, and collaborative culture. * Opportunity to contribute ideas and participate in decision-making for a key department within the company.
