Manage reservations and internal coordination for an impeccable stay **Description:** ---------------- **✨ About the Role** We are looking for a Receptionist passionate about service excellence to join our exclusive luxury hotel in Ibiza. You will be responsible for delivering a unique, personalized, and memorable experience to each guest—from check\-in to departure—adhering to the highest standards of quality, discretion, and hospitality. **Responsibilities** Efficiently, courteously, and professionally process guest check\-in and check\-out. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing clear responses and immediate solutions. Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel’s PMS system, particularly ACI. Coordinate with internal departments (concierge, housekeeping, room service, maintenance) to ensure an impeccable guest stay. Provide accurate information about hotel services, exclusive events, and activities in Ibiza, with personalized recommendations. Handle special situations or complaints with empathy, discretion, and effective resolution skills. Ensure confidentiality and security of guest data. Maintain impeccable presence and appearance, aligned with the establishment’s luxury and excellence standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **✅ Requirements** Residence: Preferably within the province of the vacancy (Balearic Islands). Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or training in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in 5-star or luxury hotels. **Languages:** Bilingual English (mandatory). Advanced Spanish. Additional languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) are valued. Strong proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS), especially ACI. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
