We are looking for people like you. **Let's Go!** ### **Your responsibilities** * Provide support services for MediaMarkt facilities, including reception for employees and visitors. * Incident resolution. * Organization of available rooms, meetings, visits, and materials. * Receiving and routing company-related mail and phone calls. ### **Your profile** * Experience in reception services. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level for management tools. * Expertise in interprofessional relationships. * Ability to handle unexpected situations. * Advanced English language skills. * Organizational skills, order, and cleanliness. * Communication skills. * Service-oriented mindset. * Assertiveness. * Proactivity.
