Full availability for rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, or night—is required. **Employment is carried out via daily contracts:** each afternoon, the next day's shift is announced; therefore, high scheduling flexibility is essential. A minimum of two years' experience in similar roles and a valid forklift operator license are required. Minimum educational requirement is primary education. As a benefit, a night shift premium of €0.62 gross per hour worked during night shifts is paid.
