Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior QA to lead the automation system and ensure the quality of an operational backoffice for toll management. Key Highlights: 1. This time, we are looking for a Senior QA for the R\+D\+i team at Tecsidel ITS, where we have developed from scratch an innovative operational backoffice for toll management — and our product continues to evolve. We seek a Senior QA Tester with a hybrid profile, but with a strong focus on automation, to join our development team. If you have an analytical mindset, are methodical, and are passionate about building robust quality systems, this is your place. What will you do daily? Lead the automation system: You will be responsible for designing, scaling, and maintaining the test automation architecture to ensure maximum technical coverage of our backoffice. Work with our current technology stack: design, execute, and manage test plans using Azure DevOps (Test Plans) and conduct comprehensive API testing with Postman. Propose and innovate: You will have full freedom to research, propose, and integrate the automation frameworks you consider most efficient to complement our current environment and elevate quality to the next level. Collaborate closely with the development team (backend in .NET and frontend web in React) from the early requirement-gathering phases. Execute manual exploratory testing when functionality requires it, accurately identifying and documenting bugs. Requirements and Soft Skills: Solid experience (Senior): You bring years of experience as a QA Engineer, excelling in designing and deploying test automation systems from scratch. Essential tools: Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps (test management) and Postman. Technology environment: Familiarity working in web ecosystems based on .NET and React. Key soft skills: \* Meticulousness and organization: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and leave no loose ends. Documentation excellence: You have excellent written communication skills and consider high-quality documentation non-negotiable. You know how to clearly, structuredly, and understandably write test cases, bug reports, and manuals for the entire team.
