The selected candidate will be part of a team focused on promoting the well-being, autonomy, employability, and professional development of workers. **We seek** a person with a social perspective, technical judgment, active listening skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships based on adult-to-adult, respectful, person-centered interaction. **What will your responsibilities be?** You will participate in the welcome and integration processes of workers into the SEC, gathering initial information regarding support needs, interests, competencies, and personal circumstances, and facilitating appropriate integration in coordination with other organizational teams. You will develop, review, and monitor Individualized Support Plans (PAIs), jointly with the individual and involved professionals, defining personal, vocational, and training goals oriented toward their development. You will provide individual psychosocial support, offering listening, guidance, and assistance in response to work-related, relational, or emotional demands, promoting autonomy, decision-making, and the individual’s protagonism. You will coordinate with families, legal guardianship entities, social services, healthcare resources, community services, and other external agents as required by the individual’s situation, always safeguarding confidentiality, dignity, and the individual’s rights. You will intervene in conflict, coexistence, and mediation situations, fostering spaces for dialogue, repair, and improvement of the workplace climate. You will support the management of work-related incidents or disciplinary procedures, listening to all involved parties, assessing context, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure these processes are handled rigorously, respectfully, and transparently. You will collaborate closely with the Vocational EMS, production teams, Human Resources Management, SIF, and other organizational departments, sharing support needs, accommodations, objectives, and support strategies. You will participate in initiatives linked to placement in ordinary companies, informing and advising interested workers, assessing motivations, capacities, and support needs, and coordinating referrals or follow-up with the corresponding service. You will also participate in identifying training needs, community actions, supporting trainees, preparing reports, records, activity summaries, indicators, and documentation justifying service delivery. **Profile:** **A candidate holding a university degree in:** Psychology, Social Education, or Social Work. **Complementary training will be valued in:** Person-centered care model and person-centered planning. Experience in Special Employment Centers, insertion enterprises, labor insertion services, or social organizations. Experience in individual interventions, working with families, coordinating with external resources, and managing conflicts.
